1. Evidence Collection

We collect your electronic summons address (email) and the forensic assets (photos) you upload to Pet Defense Pro. These are used exclusively to generate your pet's acquittal strategy and to manage your Elite Council Status. We do not trade in client data; our integrity is the foundation of the firm.

2. Neural Processing

Data is processed via secure forensic neural networks. By using this service, you acknowledge that your input will be transmitted for high-level legal analysis. Your data is never used to train external models or repurposed beyond your specific defense request.

3. Data Retention

Uploaded forensic evidence is stored temporarily to facilitate the Member Archive for active Elite members. Trial-tier data is purged from our primary processing servers shortly after delivery to maintain optimal operational security.

4. Client Sovereignty

For data inquiries or to invoke your right to be forgotten, contact the Pet Defense Pro support portal. We prioritize client confidentiality; long-term growth is built on trust, not the exploitation of data.
